Ted Gannan

CEO

Noticing how long training new employees could take, Ted co-founded Panviva to improve EX and CX problems. Leading the team since 2001, he oversees our global expansion. Before Panviva he was CEO of Thomson Learning Australia. He holds a BSc. from Melbourne University and an MBA From Monash University.

Stuart Bland

CFO

Stu heads up our finance team and has a broad range of responsibilities. He has worked in the SaaS software space for a long time across multiple industries. When not at work, Stu is often found riding, running or swimming; or if he’s lucky, having a post exercise coffee.

Ben Corderio (GAICD)

CIO

Ben joined us in 2012 and has led the transformation of Panviva into a leading product ecosystem and business. He has previously held a number of CIO roles with a focus on change and innovation. Practicing both self-defense and sporting elements of Taekwondo since 1987, Ben is proud to see his two young sons develop their own skills and good character through this martial art.

Stephen Pappas

CMO

With us for 12 years now, Steve heads up our US operations as well as being CMO. Previously, he worked at Trillium Software heading up their International division, across 54 countries. When not working, you can find him nestled away recording his podcast where he discusses all things CX.

Kristina Chaston

Head of Customer Advocacy

Kristina (aka Momma K!) heads up our Customer Advocacy team and manages some of our partner relationships - she’s passionate about both the employee and customer experience. Away from work Kristina is entertaining her two boys, at the gym or a local café – usually all in quick succession.

Dave Pietropaolo

Vice President of Sales

Joining the team in 2015, Dave is responsible for our North America and UK business development and customer acquisition. He also came from Trillium Software after 18 years in sales leadership. His passion for CX stems from his early years in hospitality. In his spare time, you’ll find him on an ice hockey rink!

Rohit Lakhanpal

Head of Innovation

Rohit joined us as a developer, and after years of growth and hard work, he is now our Head of Innovation. He manages our development teams and encourages them to up-skill and develop within Panviva the same way he did. He was also a lecturer in RMIT for 8 years. When not working, he's writing his blog.

Shideh Kolahdooz

Head of Engineering

Shideh was promoted to our Head of Engineering in August 2020. She leads the Development, DevOps and TechOps teams, and manages hiring, training, planning and managing projects. In her free time, she’s embraces her artistic side by painting, reading and writing short stories – growing up she wanted to be an author!

Samantha Middlebrook

Digital Transformation Strategist

Samantha joined our team to shake up our digital direction and pivot our product strategy. Her background is in strategic business consulting and she works with our customers to translate their problems for our tech team to solve. She’s passionate about supporting emerging talent, especially women in tech. When she’s not working she’s busy adoring her new baby boy.

Ron Finkel (A.M.)

Chair

Ron is the Managing Director of Momentum Ventures Ltd. A leading member of the Australian Jewish community, in 2013 Ron established Project Rozana, a global initiative to build a better understanding between Israelis and Palestinians through health.

Bob Dalziel (A.M.)

Deputy Chair

Bob joined the board as an independent non-executive director in 2018. A career in a range of managing director roles in the retail, distribution and healthcare sectors as well as being Executive Chair at Optus. Since 2001 Bob has primarily been involved with private equity investments in the retail, property, logistics and technology sectors.

Geoff Dolphin

Geoff joined Telstra Ventures as CFO in 2012, after serving in various CFO roles across Australia, Europe and the USA. He lends his extensive operational experience to the boards of Panviva Pty Ltd, Whispir Ltd and ipSCAPE Pty Ltd, and previously to Mandoe Media Pty Ltd.
