Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, & Co-Founder

Ted Gannan co-founded Panviva after 20 years in a variety of senior management, sales, and editorial roles in the publishing industry, including Managing Director of Thomson Learning, Australia. Ted led the development of Panviva's flagship product, SupportPoint, after identifying a need for an improved method of delivering ‘moment-of-need’ procedural and product knowledge to employees. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s growth worldwide.


Ben Cordeiro

Chief Information Officer

As CIO, Ben Cordeiro manages all aspects of Panviva’s product development, delivery, and global technology infrastructure. Ben has more than 15 years of IT leadership experience and a track record of delivering successful outcomes for a range of organizations, most recently as COO at IRESS Market Technologies. Ben is a progressive leader with an unparalleled passion for innovative technologies and how they can be used to change the way Panviva and its clients do business.


Jane Hou

Group Financial Controller

Jane Hou manages Panviva’s administrative and financial functions. Her global financial management experience spans 30 years across various Financial Controller and CFO roles. Prior to joining Panviva, she spent eight years working for the large, global HR services company Adecco in Australia and Hong Kong, and prior to that she had extensive experience as an external auditor in China. Her broad exposure to international business practices brings valuable expertise to the management team.


Stephen Pappas

Senior Vice President, North America

With more than 20 years experience in enterprise software sales and operations, Stephen Pappas manages all aspects of Panviva’s North American operations. He previously served as a Director of International Sales with Harte-Hanks Trillium Software, where he took their enterprise data management offering to 54 countries. Other roles have included Executive Vice President of a SaaS software start-up and Director of Sales and Business Development at PageFlex.

Ben Armstrong

Non-Executive Director

Ben Armstrong has over 15 years of experience working in the IT and telecommunications space helping companies grow and reach new markets. He works for Telstra Ventures, Telstra’s venture capital fund, assisting portfolio companies to reach their potential. Prior to Telstra Ventures, Ben worked as Head of Business Development in Telstra Business and was General Manager of Telstra’s SaaS business. Before Telstra, Ben worked at VeriSign Australia in business development and as a solicitor at Minter Ellison, negotiating IT agreements and preparing companies for listing.


Ron Finkel

Non-Executive Director & Chairman

Ron Finkel has been actively involved in the venture capital industry for over 25 years, including time at Pratt Venture Management and the Advent Management Group where he led investments in a number of portfolio companies across a range of innovative technologies. Ron co-established the Momentum Investment Group in 1997 and successfully tendered for one of the Australian Government’s inaugural licenses under the Innovation Investment Fund program. He’s currently Non-Executive Director of bluechiip Limited, Director of Momentum Investment Group, Momentum Ventures Ltd, Benthic Geotech Pty Ltd, Petrecycle Ltd, and AlphaPet Limited.
