The SupportPoint Multi-Language Module displays content in any language, including right-to-left languages and those that require double-byte characters. The Multi-Language Module significantly reduces the translation effort by “learning” the phrases translated by authors and then applying the translations to subsequent occurrences, thereby offering significant efficiencies over manual translation.

Selecting a new language in SupportPoint Author creates a duplicate view of the content for translation purposes. As documents are translated, SupportPoint creates a translation dictionary that is automatically applied to new content, significantly lowering the time and cost needed to roll out changes in multiple languages.
