SupportPoint Author provides subject matter experts and other content developers with a powerful, but non-technical, authoring environment while enforcing strict styles and standards on content for a highly consistent presentation to end users.

SupportPoint Application Server provides enterprise-grade content management and reporting capabilities including versioning, role management, multiple language support and translation, usage analytics and audit trails.

Optional Modules

Multi-Language Module enables organizations to create, manage and display content in multiple languages, including double-byte and right-to-left languages. It also significantly reduces translation effort by learning phrases as they are translated by authors and applying those translations to their subsequent appearances, offering significant efficiencies over manual content translation.

Content Converter Module facilitates the process of importing legacy content created in Microsoft Word directly into SupportPoint.

Satellite Server supports remote sites that have intermittent or slow connectivity to the central SupportPoint server.

Offline Viewer Module caches SupportPoint content on local machines, enabling workers out in the field who are disconnected from the network to continue accessing SupportPoint.
