SupportPoint has a built-in extension layer that allows Panviva’s Technical Services team to develop plug-ins specific to individual customers. Plug-ins can be built and deployed without the need to upgrade SupportPoint. They can be used for a variety of tasks including specialized user registration forms and generating specific reports or extracts.
