Employees who work in the field, such as repair, delivery, or sales personnel, are often not connected to the corporate network. With the SupportPoint Offline Viewer Module, they can still have access to up-to-date information.

The Offline Viewer Module enables users who are off line or not connected to a network to view SupportPoint content. Before going off line, users can select which documents to download for remote access at a later time. All linked documents are downloaded automatically, allowing users access to a complete set of content. When such users reconnect to the network, they can synchronize the content with the SupportPoint database.
