David Frenkel CEO
 David Frenkel has over 20 years of experience in the management of software companies. David has been the chief executive of several successful US technology businesses, including PrintSoft Americas – now a subsidiary of Australia post, Pageflex - a division of Bitstream, and Pentawave - leaders in multichannel marketing software for newspapers in automotive, real estate and employment. He was also the CEO and founder of two Australian companies - Datatronics and Consulprint which pioneered computer composition technologies in Australia.
David has also held senior marketing and general management executive positions with Fortune 500 companies including Lear Siegler, Bausch and Lomb and Computervision. He has a degree in Physics from the University of Melbourne and has extensive experience as a journalist and editor.

Ted Gannan Founder and Director
 Ted co-founded Panviva after almost 20 years in a wide variety of senior management, sales, and editorial roles in the publishing industry, including serving as Managing Director of Thomson Learning, Australia. Ted developed SupportPoint after identifying a need for an improved method of delivering "moment of need" procedural and product knowledge to employees. He has led the company's growth worldwide and overseen SupportPoint implementations for major customers.

Stephen Pappas
Vice President, Global Sales
 Stephen Pappas is responsible for worldwide sales operations at Panviva. Steve has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales and operations, and was previously with Harte-Hanks Trillium Software as a Director of International Sales where he was responsible for taking Trillium’s enterprise data management offering to 54 countries and establishing reseller partnerships and sales offices. Previously Steve served as EVP of a SaaS software start-up as well as a Director of Sales and Business Development at PageFlex, a division of Bitstream, where he guided expansion of direct and indirect channels in the Marketing Automation space and partnerships with companies such as Xerox, HP.

Tom Beriau Director, North American Sales
 Tom Beriau is responsible for direct sales and channel relationships. With 15 years of enterprise software experience, Tom joins Panviva with a focus on the healthcare and financial services markets. Prior to joining Panviva, Tom worked seven years at Interwoven- the leader in Content Management, where he was responsible for managing several strategic accounts in the healthcare and financial services industries. Tom has also held enterprise sales positions at Kana Software, Tellme Networks, Cognos and IBM-Tivoli. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Nichols College and lives in Massachusetts.

 With over 20 years experience in IT product development, consulting, customer support, and management, David has applied his business and technical expertise to companies in industries ranging from financial services to manufacturing, telecommunications, health, and retail. His success in leading development teams, managing product releases, and directing clients' system implementations demonstrates the extent of his experience with large and complex software applications.

Effraim Herskovic Vice President, Marketing
 Effraim brings extensive entrepreneurial experience to his position, particularly in the management of Panviva's North American operations. Formerly a venture capitalist, Effraim took an active role in supporting and guiding small technology ventures in new categories and markets. Effraim has also worked in management consulting with Arthur Andersen and holds an MBA from Asia-Pacific's top business school.

Sabrina Litteri Vice President Professional Services
 Sabrina Litteri leads Panviva’s Professional Services Group. Sabrina is a highly experienced Learning and Development professional, having supported mid to large global organizations world-wide, with extensive exposure to ERP implementations. Prior to joining Panviva, Sabrina was a member of the DA Consulting Group who focused on providing training and documentation services to customers predominately implementing SAP. Having a Bachelor of Communications and Diploma in Professional Writing and Editing, Sabrina plays a crucial role in the content design phase of SupportPoint implementations.

Jane Hou Financial Controller
 Jane's global financial management experience spans nearly 20 years and includes previous roles as Financial Controller and CFO. Prior to joining Panviva, she spent eight years working for large, global HR services organizations in Australia and Hong Kong. Her broad exposure to international business practices brings valuable expertise to the management team. |
