David Frenkel
Chief Executive Officer
David Frenkel has more than 20 years of experience managing software companies. David has been the chief executive of several successful U.S. technology businesses, including PrintSoft Americas (now a subsidiary of Australia Post), Pentawave (leader in multichannel marketing software for newspapers in automotive, real estate, and employment), and general manager of Pageflex (a division of Bitstream). He was also the CEO and founder of two Australian companies — Datatronics and Consulprint — which pioneered computer composition technologies in Australia. In addition, David has held senior marketing and general management executive positions with Fortune 500 companies, including Intergraph, Lear Siegler, Bausch and Lomb, and Computervision. He has a degree in Physics from the University of Melbourne and has extensive experience as a journalist and editor in print and local television.

Jack Colopy
Chief Operating Officer
Jack is responsible for managing the development, deployment and support organizations for Panviva. He brings years of leadership experience with enterprise software development and large scale deployments of call centers and business process automation. Most recently he was the Chief Information Officer at ACCENT, where he managed the company’s IT organization, supporting their lifecycle management solutions, systems and call centers. Prior to that, he was the CIO at Harte-Hanks Shoppers where he was responsible for all information services and technologies. Before his position at Harte-Hanks, Jack served concurrent directorships of management information systems for the McDonnell Douglas Computer systems and Field Service Companies. Jack earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the California State University.

Ted Gannan
Founder and Director
Ted cofounded Panviva after almost 20 years in a wide variety of senior management, sales, and editorial roles in the publishing industry, including Managing Director of Thomson Learning, Australia. Ted developed SupportPoint after identifying a need for an improved method of delivering “moment of need” procedural and product knowledge to employees. He has led the company’s growth worldwide and has overseen SupportPoint implementations for major customers.

Stephen Pappas
Vice President, Global Sales
Stephen Pappas manages worldwide sales operations at Panviva. Steve has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales and operations and previously served as a Director of International Sales with Harte-Hanks Trillium Software, where he was responsible for taking Trillium’s enterprise data management offering to 54 countries and establishing reseller partnerships and sales offices. Before that, Steve served as Executive Vice President of a SaaS software startup, as well as Director of Sales and Business Development at PageFlex (a division of Bitstream), where he guided expansion of direct and indirect channels in the Marketing Automation space and partnerships with companies such as Xerox and Hewlett-Packard.

Richard Marr
Director, Australia and New Zealand Sales
Richard is the Sales Director for Panviva’s Australia and New Zealand operations. He comes to Panviva with more than 10 years of enterprise sales experience and an engineering background. Prior to joining Panviva, Richard was a Software Sales Leader at IBM, where he managed IBM’s Optim Data Management portfolio. Other positions he has held include Country Manager at Princeton Softech and nearly seven years of sales and business development for Interwoven’s content management and document management products.

Sabrina Litteri
Vice President, Professional Services
Sabrina leads Panviva’s Professional Services group. Sabrina is a highly experienced Learning and Development professional, having supported midsize to large global organizations worldwide, including extensive exposure to ERP implementations. Prior to joining Panviva, Sabrina was a member of the DA Consulting Group, which focused on providing training and documentation services to customers with predominantly SAP implementations. With a Bachelor of Communications and Diploma in Professional Writing and Editing, Sabrina plays a crucial role in the content design phase of SupportPoint implementations.

Jane Hou
Financial Controller
Jane’s global financial management experience spans nearly 20 years and includes previous roles as Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Panviva, she spent eight years working for large, global HR services organizations in Australia and Hong Kong. Her broad exposure to international business practices brings valuable expertise to the management team.
