Panviva’s senior management team is based in both Boston, Massachusetts, and Melbourne, Australia. The team brings tremendous experience in software business operations as well as deep subject matter expertise in many aspects of business policy and procedure design, training, support, and guidance.

	Ted Gannan CEO and Co-Founder Ted cofounded Panviva after 20 years in a wide variety of senior management, sales, and editorial roles in the publishing industry, including Managing Director of Thomson Learning, Australia. Ted developed SupportPoint after identifying a need for an improved method of delivering “moment-of-need” procedural and product knowledge to employees. He has led the company’s growth worldwide and has overseen implementations of SupportPoint for major customers.
	Stephen Pappas Vice President, Global Sales Stephen Pappas manages worldwide sales operations at Panviva. Steve has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales and operations and previously served as a Director of International Sales with Harte-Hanks Trillium Software, where he was responsible for taking Trillium’s enterprise data management offering to 54 countries and establishing reseller partnerships and sales offices. Before that, Steve served as Executive Vice President of a SaaS software startup, as well as Direcor of Sales and Business Development at PageFlex (a division of Bitstream), where he guided expansion of direct and indirect channels in the Marketing Automation space and partnerships with companies such as Xerox and HP.
	Jane Hou Financial Controller Jane's global financial management experience spans nearly 20 years and includes previous roles as Financial Controller and CFO. Prior to joining Panviva, she spent eight years working for large, global HR services organizations in Australia and Hong Kong. Her broad exposure to international business practices brings valuable expertise to the management team.
